Returns Policy

Unused and/ or unopened items may be returned within first 30 days from date of shipment.

If the item you received from Green Supply is defective, damaged or incorrect upon receipt, we will either replace, provide store credit or provide refund and pay the return shipping cost within 30 days from date of shipment.

Returned items must be in resellable conditions, and must be returned with the original carton or packaging and receipt. Resellable conditions are: unused, unopened, new condition (not damaged, not defective, not soiled or unwashed).

We may accept returned product "not at fault by Green Supply" within first 30 days from date of shipment. "Not at fault by Green Supply" returned product means product is non-defective, not damaged and correct to the description as described in our website upon receipt of product. For refund, we will charge a restocking fee equal to 15% of the total purchase price for refund. Original shipping, handling and return postage charges shall not be refunded. For Green Supply store credit, we will not charge restocking fee and provide full product price store credit not including original shipping, handling and return postage charges. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and insuring the returned package with the carrier against damage and loss. Canadian customers are responsible for any and all custom fees charged by Canada and or/ U.S.

Most returns and refunds will be processed within four weeks. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes credit cards, PayPal or banks to process refund request (5 to 10 business days). All returns will expire in 30 days.

If you need to return an item or request a replacement, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you through e-mail of your return and refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
You can also contact our customer service at info@agreensupply.com to initiate a return or replacement request. For returns and replacement requests by email, please provide the following information for us to smoothly and quickly process the returns and replacements: customer name; order #; which item(s) to be returned or replaced; how many item(s) and reason for return/ refund or replacement.

We do not process returns and replacement requests by phone, as all returns and replacement requests are subject for review and approval which will take 1 to 2 business days. 

Shipping

Orders typically will ship out within 2 - 3 business days of when it was placed. We only ship out on business days/ weekdays. Shipping and delivery time is in addition to order processing time. We ship and deliver to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Only for shipment to Canada, we charge additional handling fee. There is no handling fee for shipment within U.S.

When you place an order, we will provide shipping and delivery date estimates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider and delivery options you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping providers available to choose from are either Fed-Ex, UPS or USPS with their available shipment delivery options.

Please note that the shipping rates are based on item(s) weight. The weight of each item can be found on its detail product page. To reflect the policies of the shipping provider companies, shipment weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If you order items with different stock availability - for example, an in-stock item along with a pre-ordered item - each item will ship as soon as it's available. 

For some shipments and product packaging we reuse shipment and product package boxes donated by various local companies and manufacturers to support our way of being Green. Reuse is Greener than recycle. Energy, water and natural resources are required to recycle boxes.
