Does Green Supply provide any printed catalogs?
To reduce paper usage and cut down carbon footprint, we don't provide printed catalogs.
Our website is created as a simple, easy to navigate, interactive catalog. In addition, we created smart search engine for accurate findings of green products.

Why do some of the shipping and product packaging boxes look used?
We reuse and recycle boxes that arrived to our warehouses.  By doing this, we are doing our share of being Green by preserving trees and reducing carbon footprint.

Some products have not arrived?
Click on Order Status on the top left corner of our website.  If the order showed "delivered", please contact us with your order number and we will be glad to assist you. 

How fast do you ship out my orders?
We try to ship out as soon as possible, typically within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Please check Order Status, on the top left corner of our website, for latest update on your orders. For shipment to be processed on the same day as when orders were placed, orders have to be placed before 1pm PST.
 
Payment Methods

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, which include American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and Visa Check Cards. We also accept PayPal payment. We do not currently accept international wire transfers, personal checks or Smart Cards. We are unable to apply manufacturer's coupons, food stamps or any other payment method not listed above.

Go to the top of the page and click on Create an Account.  Please fill in all the necessary information and click Create My Account button.  A confirmation email from Green Supply (aGreenSupply.com) will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your email spam folder or feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 72 hours upon receipt of the product with your order number.  We will be glad to assist you.
