Ordering:
As we are an online store, please place your orders through our website (www.aGreenSupply.com).
Due to security reasons, we don't accept credit card orders by phone when customers called in our general toll-free number (1-800-867-1387) and office number (510) 771-7686. If you still prefer to place orders by phone, please email us at orders@agreensupply.com with your contact information (name and phone number) and one of our customer service representatives will contact you for order placements.

Returns and Replacement Requests:
If you need to return an item or request a replacement, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you through e-mail of your return and refund once we have received and processed the returned item. All returns will expire in 30 days. 

You can also contact our customer service by email at info@agreensupply.com to initiate a return or replacement request. For returns and replacement requests by email, please provide the following information for us to smoothly and quickly process the returns and replacements: customer name; order #; which item(s) to be returned or replaced; how many item(s) and reason for return/ refund or replacement.

We do not process returns and replacements by phone, as all returns and replacement requests are subject for review and approval which will take 1 to 2 business days.
